  • The issue is not caused by third-party themes, other plugins, or unsupported server environments.

02What We Do Not Refund

As our plugin is a digital product that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind: "I no longer need this" or "I decided to go a different route."
  • Sufficient Free Version: "The free version is enough for my needs now."
  • Accidental Purchase: Buying the wrong license or purchasing by mistake.
  • Feature Misunderstandings: Requesting a refund for a feature that was never explicitly stated as included. We encourage all users to try our Free Version or read the documentation before upgrading.
  • Refusal of Support: If you encounter an issue but refuse to allow our technical team to assist you or provide necessary debug information.

03How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund based on a functional failure:

  • Please open a Support Ticket first so we can attempt to fix the issue.
  • If we cannot fix the problem, submit a formal request via our email.
  • Include your Order ID and a detailed description of why the plugin did not work for your environment.

04License Termination

Upon a processed refund, your Pro license will be deactivated, and you will no longer receive security updates, new features, or priority support.
