02What We Do Not Refund
As our plugin is a digital product that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we do not offer refunds for the following:
- Change of mind: "I no longer need this" or "I decided to go a different route."
- Sufficient Free Version: "The free version is enough for my needs now."
- Accidental Purchase: Buying the wrong license or purchasing by mistake.
- Feature Misunderstandings: Requesting a refund for a feature that was never explicitly stated as included. We encourage all users to try our Free Version or read the documentation before upgrading.
- Refusal of Support: If you encounter an issue but refuse to allow our technical team to assist you or provide necessary debug information.
03How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund based on a functional failure:

04License Termination
Upon a processed refund, your Pro license will be deactivated, and you will no longer receive security updates, new features, or priority support.
